Child Safety Standards

Looking4U is an adults-only platform for reconnecting with missed connections. We are firmly committed to protecting children and have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE). We comply with all applicable child safety laws and standards against the sexual abuse and exploitation of children.

Looking4U is strictly for adults aged 18 and older. Accounts belonging to anyone under 18 are not permitted. If we become aware that a user is a minor, we remove the account immediately. We may use age verification measures to enforce this requirement.

The following content and conduct are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account removal and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — images, videos, text, drawings, or AI-generated content.
• Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to sexually exploit, abuse, or endanger a child.
• Sexualization of minors, including suggestive content involving anyone under 18.
• Sharing, requesting, or linking to material that sexually exploits children.
• Impersonating a minor or creating accounts on behalf of a minor.

We make it easy for users to report concerns about child safety directly in the app. Every profile, post, and conversation includes a report function. Reports related to child safety are prioritized and reviewed urgently by our moderation team.

• Open the profile, post, or message you want to report.
• Tap the report icon and select the relevant child-safety reason.
• Submit the report — our team reviews it as a priority.
• You can also email our child-safety contact below at any time.

When we identify or receive a report of CSAE, we act quickly: we remove the offending content, suspend or permanently ban the responsible account, preserve relevant evidence, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities — including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant regional and national law-enforcement agencies.
